Roadhog

Corry Arnold has written the definitive history of Roadhog on his Lost Live Dead blog. He also did a deep dive on Rodney Albin on his other blog, Hooterollin’ Around that describes Hunter’s early days with the Liberty Hill Aristocrats, which eventually birthed Roadhog and Hunter’s touring career as we know it.

At present we only know of three or four live Roadhog recordings, but they offer a fun window into Hunter’s first serious attempt at a career performing, not just writing, music.
